Voice Process:
Should be a Diploma holder or an undergraduate
Must have good communication skills in English and Hindi plus Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam / Gujarati / Punjabi / Oriya / Bengali
Should possess basic computer knowledge and a minimum typing speed of 20 – 25 words per minute
Must be willing to work in shifts
