Education and Experience:
Minimum High School graduate (10+2); Graduate preferred
Travel/ Hospitality/ Lodging experience preferred
Basic English proficiency & comprehension (spoken and written)
Ability to read handwritten English from various parts of the world.
Basic Microsoft office applications skills including Outlook, Access and Excel.
Basic Internet and web based application skills
Good typing skills needed.
Responds effectively under stressful situations. Avoids counterproductive behaviors when confronted with frustrating problems and situations.
Ability to work as a team player
