2. Between 0 and 5 years of relevant experience would be preferable

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for service delivery of IB, (Equities, Fixed Income, Brokerage) process for a single region e.g. US / Single product – e.g. Cash Securities or Service line – Prime services / brokerage operations
2. Role will include managing a team, supporting single region / product / service line. Managing SLA’s and metrics
3. Responsible for measuring the daily process metrics and devise initiatives to improve the same
4. Responsible for implementing tools and methods as per internal WBPO requirements
5. Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting the customer expectation while optimizing the cost.
6. Implement productivity improvement methods/tools from time to time
7. Implement and monitor various development initiatives identified for the domain
8. Provide functional support and direction to the team on customer support needs
9. Monitor the performance of the process and assist the teams if required
10. Liaise with SCM for sourcing / recruitment.
11. Assist with training and identifying training needs within the group.
12. Responsible for overall team leadership
