The Talent Associate Analyst supports U.S. Talent Delivery and India Analysts by providing high quality reporting, analysis, administration and compliance. The Talent Associate Analyst interacts with Talent Managers, and Specialists as well as India Assistant Managers, Analysts/Sr. Analysts to provide support, and assist in the resolution of conflicts, issues or questions. The Talent Associate Analyst also teams with the India Talent Operations team in the handling of cross-functional migrated activities as noted by * herein.
Learning and Development
Assist in the assignment and/or coordination of new hires' Counselor and Onboarding Advisor ("Buddy") as appropriate. Forward communications, toolkits, and instructions as needed
Assist with the compliance and administration portions of the new hire/assimilation process
Assist with the compliance and administration of skills profiles/resume updates in appropriate systems and formats
Accreditation/Certification *
o Follow up with employees on status as directed by U.S. Talent
o Maintain spreadsheet of accreditation/certification status
Talent Delivery
Support the deployment process as needed, performing all reporting duties:
o Availability reports
o Forecasting reports
o Hour variance reports, including employee follow up on significant variances and summary of results
o Other recurring utilization and ad hoc reports as directed by region
Demonstrate strong knowledge of scheduling technology and interface to reporting tools
Schedule frequent touch point calls with US Colleagues to understand their expectations.
Support performance management processes as required to update the HR systems
o Generate reports from DPME (Deloitte Performance Management Employee), BW (Business Warehouse/HR Reporting), CRIS (Central Resource Information System) and MCC (Mass Career Customization)
o Collect data used in midyear and year-end consensus
o Coordinate meetings, including room/video conferencing/Live Meeting
o Take notes during consensus meetings
o Manage promotion lists
Data input, maintenance and changes
o Scheduling systems (adding new employees, counseling assignments, promotions, employee contact data, PTO (Paid Time Off), training, on-call inventory, client data, inactive clients, conflict reports and variance reports)
o Monitor all Staff Assignment Requests are received; follows up as directed by the US colleagues
o DPME and MCC (counseling assignments, other maintenance)
Track compliance, employee follow up and regular compliance reporting, including (but not limited to):
o Performance Management process
o Resume/Skills Matrix
o Scheduling tool
o Time reporting
Assist practitioners with questions regarding performance management and scheduling systems, or redirect as appropriate
Assist in exit end to end process *

o Annual process - enter data into comp tool (Workscape) and compile data/reports as required
o Off-cycle - processes with PPSS (Payroll & Personnel Support Services), maintain spreadsheet of transactions and regular reporting of such LOA (Leave of Absence) emails

o Process awards
o Provide regular reporting including tracking against annual budget
Tuition and Certification reimbursements *
o Maintain spreadsheet of transactions and regular reporting of such requests
Various - process billing rate changes, workload changes with PPSS
Summarize LOA information from Leaves Team and provide regular reporting
Support Client Background Investigation process, as requested *
Pull performance related documents and reports as requested by U.S. Talent
Talent Operations
Reporting
o Primary point of contact for functional self service reporting and employee data queries using HR Reporting, for example, office rosters, billing rate reports, birthday/anniversary reports, and PTO reports
o Use R&A (Reporting & Analytics) team to provide functional reporting, including but not limited to headcount, hires, terms, demographics, turnover
Update rosters and distribution lists.
Maintain functional e-Rooms and Sharepoint sites
Talent Acquisition
Track new hires and ensure distribution of pre-hire information from Talent
Prepare transfer memo, including Sr. Manager/Manager Agreement (if appropriate) and processes transfer *
Provide support to reverse rotation program and onboarding of reverse rotators (coordinating housing, welcome letters, coach/buddy communications) Work Experience: 0 - 4 years of professional experience
